This Daniatech ProcessMaster 1000VAA is equipped with a pressurised tank up to 3 Bar, co-axial agitator, steam jacket and a heating/cooling unit. The mixer will be producing Dulce de Leche.

This application requires special heating to achieve the correct Maillard reaction in the sugar and create the characteristic colour. The product is heated to 130 degrees Celsius but with the ability of the operator to control the heat.

This mixer has been fitted with a fully automated Siemens PLC system making it easy to control every aspect of the mixer.
